For Talent & Recruiting Agencies · Partnership

Open the international talent pool. For every search and every signing your agency runs.

Whether you run an executive search, a technical recruiting practice, a healthcare staffing firm, or a sports and entertainment agency, your candidates and clients increasingly span borders. O1DMatch gives your agency an international branch without you becoming an immigration firm. You handle the matching and the relationship. We handle the visa infrastructure underneath.

Built by an immigration attorney with 15+ years of agent-based O-1 and P-1 visa work. Successful petitions across sports, entertainment, finance, technology, and staffing — Team Canelo, Las Vegas Raiders, NASCAR, ESPN, Netflix, Goldman Sachs, Insight Global, and others.

The Bottleneck

This one document is what stands between an international candidate and the U.S. opportunity you've sourced for them.

Your client wants a particular hire. Your candidate is the right one. Sometimes the candidate is already in the U.S. on a visa that's expiring; sometimes they're abroad and need to get here. The match is real, the deal is on the table, and then the visa side gets in the way.

The interest letter is the bottleneck. Without a U.S. employer or counterparty issuing one, the petition can't move. With it, your candidate is on a 15-day premium-processing path to approval. O1DMatch's platform sources, formats, and delivers those letters so your agency can confidently work with international candidates — and so the searches and signings you've already invested in actually close.

The legal work stays with your candidate's immigration attorney. Your agency stays in the agency role. We handle the matching layer underneath.

Where International Falls Through

The three places international searches stall on the way to a closed deal.

Talent agencies and recruiting agencies share the same structural friction whenever an international candidate enters the picture. These aren't problems with your firm — they're gaps in the system that cost agencies signings, mandates, and roster growth every quarter.

i

Searches that need international

A client mandate calls for a hire only an international candidate can fill — a specialized executive, a hard-to-find technical lead, a senior creative, a foreign athlete or performer. You've sourced the right person and then the search stalls because the visa side isn't worked out. Your agency wears the time loss and the relationship cost.

ii

Mandates you turn down

When a client asks if you can source international talent and you don't have a visa-side answer, you have two bad options: tell them no, or tell them you'll figure it out and then scramble. Either way, agencies that already have visa infrastructure win those mandates instead of you.

iii

Inbound talent has no path

International candidates moving toward the U.S. need agency representation but have no structured way to find your firm. They sign with whoever they happen to meet first. Your roster misses inbound international talent that should have been yours — quietly, every week.

What O1DMatch Adds to Your Agency

An international branch without becoming an immigration firm.

O1DMatch isn't competing with you for representation or fee — it's an infrastructure layer that lets your agency operate internationally without taking on legal scope you don't want. Four ways the partnership shows up in your business:

International talent on tap

Your agency adds visa infrastructure as a service line without hiring immigration staff or building legal workflows. Your candidates and clients work with O1DMatch through your agency relationship — same brand experience, same point of contact, full visa pipeline underneath.

Source incoming international candidates

International O-1 and P-1 candidates building profiles on O1DMatch are looking for U.S. agency representation and placement opportunities. Partner agencies get to browse anonymized profiles in their verticals and signal interest. Your roster grows internationally without you flying overseas to scout.

Win mandates that require international

When a client asks "can you source international candidates for this search," you can credibly say yes. You can pitch into harder, higher-fee mandates that competing agencies without visa infrastructure simply can't accept. Your agency gets first look at the searches no one else can run.

Built into your existing economics

Whether you pass the platform cost through, mark it up as part of your agency fee, or absorb it as a roster benefit — O1DMatch fits inside your existing client and candidate economics. We don't disrupt your relationships; we strengthen them.

Partnership Models

Three ways to partner. We'll figure out which one fits your agency on the call.

Every agency has a different specialty, candidate flow, and revenue model. Rather than pre-pricing a one-size-fits-all program, we sit down with you to build a partnership shape that fits your business. Here are the three primary structures we offer — most agencies pick one, some combine over time.

Model 01 · Co-Marketing

Refer roster, earn revenue share

Lowest-commitment partnership. Your agency cross-promotes O1DMatch to international clients who need U.S. visa work, and earns recurring revenue share on every paid subscription that comes through your referrals.

No upfront cost, no minimums

Indefinite attribution per referral

Quarterly payouts

Best for boutique agencies, early-stage relationships

Model 02 · Agency Subscription

Candidate seats + sourcing access

Your agency pays a flat monthly fee for a block of candidate seats. You assign seats to international candidates moving through your searches and signings. Plus you get access to inbound talent search — browsing incoming O-1 / P-1 candidates looking for U.S. agency representation in your verticals.

Co-branded portal with your agency name

Bulk seat allocation across active candidates

Inbound talent sourcing access (huge competitive edge)

Best for established agencies with steady international candidate flow

Model 03 · Strategic Partnership

Your brand, our infrastructure

The most integrated option. O1DMatch is white-labeled as your agency's international division. Custom URL on your domain, full agency branding, all O1DMatch infrastructure underneath. Your clients experience visa support as a native part of your firm.

Full agency branding — looks like you built it

Custom URL on your domain

Highest commitment, deepest integration

Best for large agencies building international as a strategic offering

Why we don't publish standardized pricing: partnership terms depend on your agency's specialty, the volume of international candidates you work with today, and which model fits your business. A boutique executive search firm placing 12 senior hires per year has a different optimal structure than a multi-vertical talent agency with 200 international clients or a healthcare staffing firm filling 800 international roles annually. The 30-minute strategy call is where we figure out which model fits, and what the actual numbers look like for your agency.

Common Questions

Honest answers about how this partnership actually works.

If you have a question that isn't covered here, send it via the form above and we'll address it on the call.

  • No. O1DMatch is a visa-matching platform — full stop. We do not represent candidates for placement, sign talent for endorsements or engagements, or take any agency-side fee. Your representation relationship and your placement fee stay exactly where they are. We provide the matching infrastructure for U.S. employer engagements that allow the visa to be filed; your agency continues to handle everything else.

This is structural, not just a policy. We're a platform, not an agency. Different business model, different scope.

  • Depends on your model. For recruiting agencies and search firms, the end client (the hiring company you're placing the candidate into) issues the interest letter, and your agency handles the matchmaking and the relationship. For talent agencies that book engagements directly — a residency, a campaign, a shoot — your agency can sometimes serve as the engaging entity issuing the letter itself.

The strategy call covers exactly which structure fits your firm so the workflow is clean from day one.

  • Foreign O-1 and P-1 candidates building profiles on O1DMatch are often looking for U.S. agency representation as a separate need from visa work. Subscription and Strategic partner agencies get access to a sourcing view — anonymized profile cards filtered by industry vertical, country of origin, and readiness score. You signal interest, the talent's contact information is revealed, and you have first-look on representation conversations.

This is a hidden-but-real growth channel for international roster expansion. Most agencies don't have a structured inbound-international pipeline; this is one.

  • Fully respected. O1DMatch never touches representation exclusivity. If your candidate has an exclusive contract with you, that's the relationship — we just provide the visa infrastructure underneath. Same logic on the inbound talent side: if a candidate already has an agency relationship, we don't surface them to other agencies for poaching.

  • The trust carousel above shows some of the deepest verticals — sports, entertainment, finance, technology, media, and staffing. We have 40+ industries on the platform across both highly specialized and generalist segments. Agencies in our deepest verticals get the fastest match velocity; newer verticals are growing quickly, and partner agencies in those spaces get strategic onboarding to seed the employer side.

The strategy call covers vertical-specific match data so you have a realistic picture of what to expect for the candidates and clients you actually work with.

  • Great. We work alongside attorneys, not in place of them. Your client's attorney handles the legal work — petition drafting, brief writing, USCIS strategy. O1DMatch handles the employer matching and interest letter delivery. The attorney gets a cleaner case faster because the employer-side bottleneck is gone.

  • Yes. The platform is built specifically for international talent — most of our paid users are outside the U.S. when they sign up. The matching, profile building, and interest letter delivery all happen remotely. Your candidates only need to travel to the U.S. once the petition is approved and they're consular-interviewing.

  • The strategy call is with O1DMatch's founder directly — an immigration attorney with 15+ years of agent-based O-1 and P-1 visa work. Successful petitions across sports, entertainment, finance, technology, and staffing — clients including Team Canelo, Las Vegas Raiders, NASCAR, ESPN, Netflix, Goldman Sachs, Insight Global, and others. The call is candid, agency-to-attorney; no sales pitch, no script, no outsourced BDR.
