For Immigration Attorneys · Partnership Recruitment

Your O-1 cases shouldn't die because your client can't find a U.S. employer.

Every immigration attorney working O-1s knows the bottleneck. The legal work is solid, the candidate qualifies, the petition is ready to file — and then it stalls because your client can't get a U.S. employer to write the interest letter. O1DMatch fixes that. Multiple partnership models available — book a strategy call to see which fits your firm.

Built by an immigration attorney with 15+ years of agent-based O-1 practice. Successful petitions for Team Canelo, Las Vegas Raiders, NASCAR, Netflix, Goldman Sachs, ESPN, and others.

Agent-based O-1 & P-1 visa work — successful petitions include

The Bottleneck

This one document is what your O-1 case has always come down to.

You can have the cleanest legal package in the world. The strongest evidence package, the best-written brief, the perfect criteria mapping. None of it matters until your client puts a letter from a U.S. employer in front of you.

That's the bottleneck O1DMatch eliminates. Our platform matches your client's profile with U.S. employers actively seeking O-1 talent and delivers USCIS-ready interest letters through one-click employer connections. The legal work stays with you. The match-making becomes our job.

The result: your O-1 cases close faster, your retention improves, and you stop watching qualified clients drift toward "self-petition" firms that promise everything and deliver nothing.

What's Broken

The three places your O-1 practice loses revenue.

If you've worked O-1 cases for any length of time, these will sound familiar. They're structural problems with the agent-based O-1 model — not problems with your firm. But they cost you money, every quarter.

i

Stalled cases

A client retains you, you do the legal work, and then the case sits for months while they hunt for a U.S. employer. You can't bill the back half of the engagement. Some cases never close at all. You absorb the time loss either way.

ii

Lost retention

Your O-1 candidates start consulting "self-petition platforms" that promise the world without disclosing they're not attorneys. Some of those clients churn out before you can refile. Those are clients you would have kept.

iii

Unpredictable pipeline

Your O-1 referral pipeline depends on word-of-mouth, repeat clients, and referrals from talent agencies you don't control. There's no structured channel. Volume swings month to month. You can't forecast.

What O1DMatch Does for Your Practice

A reliable employer-matching layer that lives outside your firm.

O1DMatch isn't a competitor — it's the missing piece your O-1 cases have always needed. The platform handles the employer side; you handle the legal side; nothing is duplicated, nothing overlaps. Four ways the partnership shows up in your practice:

Cases close faster

Your clients get matched with U.S. employers within their first 30 days on the platform. Interest letters arrive in days, not months. The retainer cycle compresses, you bill out the engagement, and you take on the next case sooner.

Retention improves

Your clients have a real path forward instead of getting frustrated and looking for "alternatives." When you tell them "we have a partner that handles employer matching," they stay engaged with you for the full petition cycle.

Pipeline becomes predictable

Depending on the partnership model, you can refer clients to O1DMatch or buy seats your firm hands out. Either way, you have a structured channel — and predictable revenue mechanics — instead of relying on word-of-mouth.

You keep the legal work

O1DMatch handles employer matching and interest letter delivery. Period. We do not draft petitions, give legal advice, or sign briefs. Every legal touchpoint stays with you. Your firm remains the legal authority on every case.

Partnership Models

Three ways to partner. We'll figure out which one fits your firm on the call.

Every law firm has a different volume, client mix, and revenue model. Rather than pre-pricing a one-size-fits-all program, we sit down with you to build a partnership shape that fits your practice. Here are the three primary structures we offer — most firms pick one, some combine.

Model 01 · Affiliate

Refer clients, earn revenue share

Lowest-commitment partnership. You refer your O-1 clients to O1DMatch with your unique partner link, and earn recurring revenue share on every paid subscription that comes through your referrals.

No upfront cost, no minimums

Indefinite attribution per referral

Quarterly payouts

Best for solo practitioners, small firms, low O-1 volume

Model 02 · Firm Subscription

Buy seats for your clients

Your firm pays a flat monthly fee for a block of client seats. You assign seats to active O-1 clients as part of their engagement with you. The subscription cost is built into your fee structure.

Co-branded portal with your firm name

Bulk seat allocation across active clients

Built into your fee model — passed through, marked up, or absorbed

Best for mid-size and larger firms with steady O-1 volume

Model 03 · White-Label

Your brand, our infrastructure

The most integrated option. O1DMatch's platform is white-labeled under your firm's brand. Your clients experience the matching service as a native part of your firm's offering. Custom URL, custom branding, all O1DMatch infrastructure underneath.

Full firm branding — looks like your firm built it

Custom URL on your domain

Higher commitment, deepest integration

Best for large firms building an O-1 practice line as a strategic offering

Why we don't publish standardized pricing: partnership terms depend on your firm's size, current O-1 caseload, the markets you serve, and which model fits your practice. A 4-attorney boutique focused on creative-industry clients has a different optimal structure than a 60-attorney firm with a global mobility practice. The 30-minute strategy call is where we figure out which model fits, and what the actual numbers look like for your firm.

Common Questions

Honest answers about how this partnership actually works.

If you have a question that isn't covered here, send it via the form above and we'll address it on the call.

  • No. O1DMatch is an employer-matching platform — full stop. We do not draft petitions, file briefs, give legal advice, or represent clients before USCIS. Every legal touchpoint stays with you and your firm. The platform exists to solve the missing-employer problem; the legal work is yours.

Our founder is an immigration attorney — that's why we built the platform with this clean line in mind. We've seen what happens when matching platforms blur into legal services. We don't do that.

  • Privilege stays intact. Your clients communicate with you privately about legal matters; they communicate with O1DMatch separately about platform matters (employer matches, profile building, scoring). The two channels don't cross. Nothing your client tells O1DMatch about employers is privileged communication, and nothing they tell you about legal strategy enters the platform.

For firm subscriptions and white-label arrangements, we'll cover the data flow specifics on the call so your firm's compliance team has a clear answer.

  • Each affiliate firm gets a unique partner link with attribution baked in. Anyone who signs up through your link is permanently attributed to your firm. You can see active referrals, subscription status, and pending payouts in a partner dashboard. Payouts are quarterly via wire or ACH.

Specific revenue share percentages and minimum thresholds are part of the strategy call — they vary based on firm size and expected referral volume.

  • White-label means O1DMatch's platform is rebranded under your firm. Your clients see your firm's name, logo, color palette, and a custom URL on your domain. The infrastructure underneath is O1DMatch — we host it, maintain it, update it, and handle the matching algorithms.

Your firm doesn't build anything. We handle the technical implementation. Your role is providing brand assets, the custom domain, and any specific UX preferences. Implementation is typically 4–6 weeks from signed agreement to launch.

  • They benefit immediately. If you have an active O-1 client whose case is stalled because they haven't found a U.S. employer, they can be onboarded to O1DMatch the same day you sign a partnership agreement. Their petition prep stays with you; the employer match becomes our job.

This is actually how most attorney partnerships start — with a stuck case that needs unsticking.

  • O1DMatch primarily serves O-1A and O-1B candidates, with significant overlap into EB-1A pathways since the same evidence supports both. P-1 athlete and entertainer cases also work on the platform. If your firm specializes in EB-2 NIW or other extraordinary-ability green card categories, we can discuss how the platform fits during the call.

  • Standard. Most partnerships start with a pilot — 5 to 10 client seats over 60 days, no commitment beyond that. You see how the platform performs with your actual caseload, evaluate the match quality, and decide whether to formalize a longer-term agreement. We'll structure the pilot during the strategy call.

  • The strategy call is with O1DMatch's founder directly — an immigration attorney with 15+ years of agent-based O-1 practice. Successful petitions for clients including Team Canelo, Las Vegas Raiders, NASCAR, ESPN, Netflix, and Goldman Sachs. The call is candid, attorney-to-attorney; no sales pitch, no script, no outsourced BDR.
