Step 2 of 4

Same service. Three ways to pay for it.

You built the company, or you work for five clients instead of one boss. Either way there is no employer standing behind you ready to sign an I-129 — and USCIS does not let you sign it for yourself. O1D Match is the entity that signs.

Every plan below buys the identical thing: O1D Match serves as your U.S. agent petitioner, your attorney gets the 28-page document package, and we stay the petitioner of record through your filing. What changes is timing — and the longer you wait to pay, the more it costs, because that is us carrying the risk instead of you.

Paid in Full

$1,000

The lowest total cost. Best if you are ready to move now.

  • Petitioner of record on Form I-129
  • The 28-page petitioner package for your attorney
  • Coordination with your counsel through filing
  • Free petitioner training (normally $25)
  • Lowest total cost — save $500 against the plan, $1,000 against pay-on-approval

Payment Plan

$1,500

3 monthly payments of $500

  • Petitioner of record on Form I-129

Pay When Approved

$2,000

$0 today

Nothing leaves your account until USCIS approves your petition. We carry the risk; the price reflects that.

  • Petitioner of record on Form I-129
  • The 28-page petitioner package for your attorney
  • Coordination with your counsel through filing
  • Free petitioner training (normally $25)
  • You pay only on your I-797 approval notice

We collect your card at signup and charge it only when your approval comes through. If USCIS does not approve, you are not charged.

After approval: $25/month

Once your petition is approved, a $25/month registered agent service keeps O1D Match as your agent of record — receiving and forwarding your USCIS mail and notices, and maintaining the petitioner entity that sits behind your petition. Cancel it when your visa ends.

Attorney fees and USCIS government filing fees are separate and are not paid to O1D Match.

What this is, and what it is not

O1D Match provides: the petitioner of record on Form I-129, the document package, the agent structure, and compliance through your petition.

Your attorney provides: eligibility analysis, visa category, forms, legal arguments, the filing itself, and any RFE response.

We do not: provide legal representation, employ you, offer you a job, or guarantee an approval. O1D Match is not a law firm. Purchasing petitioner service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
