O1D Match Quarterly O-1 Award: Official Terms and Conditions

Effective October 16, 2026.

Summary (how the offer works)

1. Sponsor

The O1D Match Quarterly O-1 Award (the "Program") is offered by O1D Match LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document no. L26000070492) ("O1D Match," "we," "us"). O1D Match is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal work under this Program is performed by a licensed attorney selected and engaged by O1D Match (the "Partner Attorney"). The Partner Attorney represents O1D Match, as petitioner, only.

2. Program periods and deadlines

The Program runs in calendar quarters (each a "Program Period"). The first Program Period begins on the date these Terms are published and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026. Each later Program Period runs from the first day of a calendar quarter through 11:59 p.m. ET on its last day. All qualifying actions must be completed within the same Program Period. Nothing carries over to a later Program Period, and the published deadline is final. O1D Match's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility

To be considered, a participant ("Participant") must, during the Program Period:

  1. be at least 18 years old;
  2. have an active, free or paid O1D Match talent account in good standing, with accurate and truthful information;
  3. have an O1D Match O-1 profile score of 75% or higher, as shown in the O1D Match platform at the time O1D Match reviews the account. The score is an internal, non-legal indicator only. It is not a determination of O-1 eligibility, and O1D Match may recalculate or correct it at any time;
  4. refer at least five (5) Qualifying Employers (Section 4), each using the Participant's unique referral link or code; and
  5. agree to these Terms.

Not eligible: employees, contractors, officers and owners of O1D Match, Aventus Visa Agents LLC, the Partner Attorney and their affiliates, and their immediate family and household members. Also not eligible: anyone who has previously received an award under this Program, and anyone barred by law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Qualifying Employers

A referred employer counts as a "Qualifying Employer" only if, as determined by O1D Match in its sole discretion, all of the following are true:

  1. It is a real, operating business or organization registered in the United States, or one that hires for U.S.-based work, with a working public website.
  2. Its account was newly created on O1D Match during the Program Period through the Participant's referral link or code. Existing or reactivated accounts do not count.
  3. It registered with a business email address on the company's own domain. Free email services such as Gmail and Yahoo do not qualify.
  4. It posted at least one genuine, active job opening on O1D Match that stays live for at least 30 days.
  5. It passes O1D Match's verification, which may include a call or email confirmation and business-registration checks.
  6. It is not owned, controlled or managed by the Participant, the Participant's family, or another Participant, and was not created mainly to qualify for this Program.

Each employer can be credited to only one Participant. If more than one Participant claims an employer, O1D Match decides which referral counts, and its decision is final.

5. Selection of the Recipient

From the Participants who meet Sections 3 and 4, O1D Match may select up to one (1) award recipient per Program Period (the "Recipient"). It selects in its sole and absolute discretion, considering factors such as:

Selection is not random and is not a lottery, sweepstakes or contest of chance. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection. O1D Match may select no Recipient in any Program Period. No purchase or payment is required to participate, and a free O1D Match account is enough. O1D Match intends to notify the Recipient by email within 30 days after the Program Period ends. O1D Match may increase the number of Recipients in a Program Period at its discretion.

6. The Award

6.1 What is included. The award (the "Award") has two parts:

  1. preparation by O1D Match's Partner Attorney, acting as counsel to O1D Match, of one (1) O-1A or O-1B petition (Form I-129 with the O supplement) naming the Recipient as beneficiary, under regular (non-premium) USCIS processing, at no charge to the Recipient; and
  2. O1D Match serving as the U.S. agent petitioner on that petition, at no charge to the Recipient.

If the legal work is done by an attorney outside O1D Match's in-house team, O1D Match pays that attorney's professional fees directly, up to a maximum of four thousand U.S. dollars (US $4,000) (the "Fee Cap"). The approximate retail value of the petition-preparation part of the Award is up to $4,000. The Award covers:

6.2 What is not included. The Award does not include, and the Recipient is responsible for, all of the following:

6.3 Partner Attorney; no attorney-client relationship with the Recipient. The Partner Attorney is chosen and engaged by O1D Match. It may be an attorney on O1D Match's in-house team or an outside law firm of O1D Match's choosing, and O1D Match may substitute another licensed attorney at any time. The Partner Attorney represents O1D Match, as the petitioner, and does not represent the Recipient. The Recipient is the beneficiary of the petition only. No attorney-client relationship is formed between the Recipient and the Partner Attorney, or between the Recipient and O1D Match. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. the Partner Attorney's duties of loyalty, advice and confidentiality run to O1D Match, not to the Recipient;
  2. information the Recipient provides may be shared with O1D Match and used for the petition, and it is not privileged or confidential as between the Recipient and O1D Match;
  3. neither O1D Match nor the Partner Attorney will advise the Recipient about the Recipient's personal immigration options, status, risks or strategy;
  4. the Recipient may hire their own immigration attorney, at their own expense, for personal legal advice, and is encouraged to do so; and
  5. the Recipient must sign O1D Match's beneficiary acknowledgment and consent form, which confirms these points.

No attorney pays O1D Match anything for receiving the matter. The Partner Attorney may decline to prepare or file a petition if the Partner Attorney concludes it is not supportable. In that case O1D Match may, in its discretion, substitute another attorney, award an alternate Recipient, or end the Award with no other compensation.

6.3A Petitioner role. O1D Match's role as agent petitioner is limited to what is legally required to file and maintain the petition. It does not create an employment relationship between O1D Match and the Recipient, and it does not guarantee work, engagements or pay from any employer.

6.4 No guarantee. USCIS alone decides O-1 petitions. Neither O1D Match nor the Partner Attorney guarantees approval, a processing time, visa issuance, admission to the United States, or any job or employment offer.

6.5 Non-transferable. The Award is personal to the Recipient. It cannot be transferred or sold, and it has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other services, except that O1D Match may substitute an award of equal or greater value.

7. Recipient deadlines (time frame)

To keep the Award, the Recipient must do all of the following:

  1. accept the Award in writing within seven (7) days of notification;
  2. sign O1D Match's beneficiary acknowledgment and consent form, and any petitioner-beneficiary agreement O1D Match requires, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance;
  3. deliver all documents and evidence O1D Match or the Partner Attorney requests within thirty (30) days of signing; and
  4. have the petition ready to file within six (6) months of acceptance.

If any deadline is missed, the Recipient does not respond, or the Recipient cannot be verified, the Award is forfeited without compensation. O1D Match may then select an alternate Recipient or no Recipient. Reasonable extensions are at O1D Match's sole discretion and must be in writing.

8. Verification and disqualification

Before and after selection, O1D Match may verify identity, profile information, evidence and every referred employer. O1D Match may disqualify any Participant or Recipient, and revoke or recover an Award (including any amount paid to the Partner Attorney), if it believes the person did any of the following:

O1D Match's decisions on eligibility, Qualifying Employers, selection and disqualification are final and binding.

9. Taxes

The Recipient is solely responsible for any taxes on the Award. O1D Match may require a completed IRS Form W-9 or W-8, as applicable, before paying the Award, and may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the Recipient agrees that O1D Match may use their first name, last initial, field, country, photograph and a description of their experience with the Program in O1D Match marketing, without further compensation. The Recipient will be asked to sign a separate written publicity and testimonial release. No confidential case details or immigration records will be published without the Recipient's separate written permission.

11. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, each Participant releases and holds harmless O1D Match, Aventus Visa Agents LLC and their affiliates, officers, members, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses or damages arising out of the Program or the Award. This includes the outcome of any petition, any immigration consequence, and the acts or omissions of the Partner Attorney or USCIS. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Recipient is not a client of the Partner Attorney, and the Partner Attorney owes no professional duties to the Recipient beyond any that applicable law imposes regardless of these Terms.

12. Changes, suspension and cancellation

O1D Match may change, suspend or cancel the Program, or any Program Period, at any time and for any reason, including fraud, technical problems, changes in law or USCIS policy, or anything else that affects the Program's integrity or proper operation. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and they do not affect an Award already accepted in writing unless law requires it. O1D Match is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected referrals or communications, or for technical failures.

13. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship with O1D Match

Program materials, profile scores, evaluations and communications from O1D Match are for general information only. They are not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created between any Participant or Recipient and O1D Match, its personnel, or the Partner Attorney. Participants should consult their own licensed immigration attorney about their personal situation.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Program will be resolved individually, without class or representative actions, by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. Participants waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

15. Privacy and contact

Information collected under the Program is handled under the O1D Match Privacy Policy (legal.o1dmatch.com/privacy). It is shared with the Partner Attorney, who acts as O1D Match's counsel, as needed to prepare and file the petition. Questions: info@o1dmatch.com · +1 (561) 794-4621.

Employer offer: post 4 jobs, get a year free

  1. Offer: a new employer account that posts four (4) Qualifying Jobs within 30 days of signing up receives twelve (12) months of O1D Match employer access at no charge. The access lets them view talent profiles and post jobs (the "Free Year").
  2. Qualifying Job: a genuine, currently open role at the employer's own organization. It must be posted under a verified business email domain, stay active for at least 30 days, and not duplicate another posting.
  3. Verification: O1D Match may verify the employer and each job and may remove postings or revoke the Free Year for fake, duplicate or misleading postings.
  4. Limits: one Free Year per organization. It cannot be transferred and has no cash value. Paid add-ons, petitioner or agent services, and attorney services are not included. After 12 months the account moves to the then-current free tier unless the employer chooses a paid plan; nothing is charged automatically without the employer's consent.
  5. Changes: O1D Match may change or end this offer for new sign-ups at any time. Free Years already earned are honored.
  6. Not a sponsorship obligation: posting jobs or signing interest letters does not make the employer the O-1 petitioner unless it separately agrees in writing.
