3.Receive OPT/CPT Training Letters
When an employer wants to bring you on, they generate a USCIS-compliant training letter directly through O1DMatch. The letter includes everything your DSO needs: supervisor information, job duties, how the training relates to your field of study, and the training period.
4.Accept and

Review the training letter. If it's the right fit, accept — and the employer provides all documentation needed for your Designated School Official (DSO) to authorize your OPT or CPT. Your identity stays hidden until you accept.
